You say Italy... you think food.
Having an italian mother, I was born and raised amongst a strong italian culture. Therefore, I am no stranger to food - and good food at that!!
But.. good food with a view and ambience even words can't describe? That is something different...
Our first night in Italy, we headed to a nearby village for dinner at a restaurant, who's speciality is seafood. And what incredible seafood it was - all 5 courses of it!!!!!!
But what took my breath away was the character of the restaurant and the views we were witness too.
The place was completely surreal.
Combine many bottles of Prosecco with great company.... and you have yourself one exceptional recipe.
